growing in my yard

a walk around the yard last night with my daughter. we found so many beautiful things growing. our tiny garden is sprouting leeks, tomatoes, carrots, peas and rainbow chard. we are so excited. so far the deer have not broken into our protective netting, although i have seen them eyeing it up. we found lilacs in our yard, and bees, finally the bees are here. we found a whole little blooming bush full of perfect little buzzing bees.

June 2, 2011 - 9:21 am Helen Waller - Hi there...I luv to check out your blog..I am an aspiring photographer who is (very) new to all this so I appreciate hearing your stories...They r inspiring...This may sound strange lol..but I just noticed on this post your comment about the deer eyeing up that garden of yours and I stumbled across a magazine article quite some time ago about a organic deer repellant spray that is both safe for children and pets....I am not sure of all the details of the product.. I just cut the article out because it caught my eye...so I thought I would share Messina wildlifes deer stopper www.messinawildlife.com
